LABORATORY
The developers workplaces are equipped with Tektronix oscilloscopes and generators, FRA-analyzers, power supplies and electronic loads from Chroma and APM Technologies, and METCAL soldering equipment. There is also a separate room for conducting pre-certification EMC tests.
SURFACE MOUNTING LINE
Yamaha Motors equipment is used to apply solder paste, install surface mount components, and inspect. Products are soldered in furnaces from the German company SEHO. Lead-free technologies are used in the manufacturing process to fully comply with ROHS requirements. All products in plastic cases comply with UL94-V0.
FORMING AND CUTTING
For molding and cutting of output components, machines from Streckfuss (Germany) are used. The impeccable accuracy and repeatability enables fast mounting of electronic components into holes, allowing you to define custom pin shapes to minimize PCB dimensions according to manufacturing requirements.
SOLDERING OF TERMINAL COMPONENTS
Mini-wave soldering is the most advanced soldering method used in power electronics products containing lead components. ERSA (Germany) is a world leader in selective soldering systems. Full automation of the process, in which the operator does not require special skills in working with soldering equipment, allows you to completely eliminate manual operations, to ensure high quality and reliability of manufactured products.
VACUUM FILLING SYSTEM WITH COMPOUND
The production process uses the latest generation compound for high-voltage equipment and a filling machine from DEMAK. Application of the material in a vacuum chamber eliminates the possibility of the formation of voids and minimizes casting defects, ensures maximum reliability and safety of manufactured products.
CLIMATE TESTS
All products under development are fully tested in climatic chambers with a 25% excess of temperature and humidity parameters guaranteed in the specification. NTK Kriotekhnika LLC is an official partner and consultant to PARAMERUS LLC in the field of climate testing.
